BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited) is a Navratna PSU under Ministry of Defence. Trainee Engineer is an entry-level position for B.Tech graduates with 1-year on-the-job training before absorption as Project Engineer with regular pay scale.
What is BEL Trainee Engineer salary?
During training: ₹30,000/month as stipend. After absorption as Project Engineer-I: ₹50,000-60,000 in-hand salary plus HRA, DA, medical, LTC and other PSU benefits.
Is there negative marking in BEL exam?
Yes, there is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in the written test. It's important to attempt only those questions you are confident about.
