What is CTET?
CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) is conducted by CBSE for eligibility to teach in central government schools like KVS, NVS, Army Schools, and other CBSE-affiliated schools. It's mandatory for becoming a teacher in these schools.
What is CTET eligibility?
Paper 1 (Class 1-5): 12th (50%) + D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed or 12th + B.Ed (For upper primary). Paper 2 (Class 6-8): Graduation + D.El.Ed/B.Ed. There is NO age limit for CTET.
What is CTET validity?
CTET certificate is now valid for LIFETIME (changed in 2021). Earlier it was valid for 7 years only. You can appear multiple times to improve your score.
